Lasya was selected to be one of the winners of the Nash Leader Award upon her graduation from UT Dallas. This group was selected to be part of the leadership program based on having high academic performance in terms of grade point averages, plus having extensive leadership experience in school and civic organizations. The size of the group is small and the participants are in the top 1% of their graduating class on these criteria. The leadership program consisted of small group meetings with experienced business leaders coaching the students on how to be a more effective leader. The participants got to have face to face time with CEO's of large corporations as well as start-up companies so that they could understand the right leadership skills required for each. Lasya was an enthusiastic participant in the program and distinguished herself by being selected as one of the award winners. She is clearly on the path to being a great leader in her business career.
In my 25 years in the workforce, rarely have I met someone as capable and professional as Lasya Nalagandla.
We worked together at HighRadius, identifying the right message and the right messenger for more than 50 events across Europe. Because of Lasya’s expertise, she’s also been entrusted with creating presentations for our speakers at our massive in-house conference, Radiance.

She seamlessly handled high-priority tasks and played a pivotal role in managing content for various tracks at our annual user conference, Radiance, for two consecutive years and was a driving force behind the creation of 'Netflix Grade' content for our events and strategic initiatives. It has been a privilege to have Lasya on the team.
Lasya is an extremely dedicated and dependable resource in any team. I worked with her when she was starting her career, and I was in awe of the methodical approach she had towards her work. Lasya has been the most dependable resource within the team. Whenever an urgent task had to be done, I always knew I could bank on her to deliver on time and with precision. She is a curious girl with a lot of questions about how things work, and always had out of the box ideas to execute. While being extremely diligent during her working hours, she also always ensured she brought everyone together whenever there were any team bonding activities. I highly recommend Lasya as she is definitely going to bring the x-factor within any team she joins.
I am very pleased to recommend Lasya, who was a high-achieving MS in Marketing student Class of Fall 2025. Lasya excelled in her coursework in my e-commerce class, but also as President of the MS Marketing Executive Leadership Council. In addition, she was distinguished by UTD as a Nash Scholar. Lasya would be a great asset to any company with both her strategic acumen and her hands-on skills.
I worked closely with Lasya at INFORMS @ UT Dallas, where she served as the Marketing Officer, and I worked as the Corporate Relations Officer. We collaborated on organizing events and bringing industry speakers to campus, and throughout this time, Lasya consistently stood out for her dedication, ownership, and ability to execute ideas effectively. She played a key role in driving visibility and engagement for our initiatives, and working with her was always smooth and productive.
Lasya brings a strong work ethic, clear communication, and natural leadership to everything she does. She is dependable, proactive, and genuinely invested in the success of the team. Her contributions had a meaningful impact on our organization, and I am confident she will continue to add value and make a strong impact in any role she takes on.

Lasya and I have worked together in two different classes at the University of Texas at Dallas and I remember there was a project where I was struggling with my part and I reached out to the team in hopes that someone and/or some of the members would give me something to help me do my part of the project correctly and Lasya not only responded, she went above and beyond, giving me as much information and material she could to make sure I would be able to complete my part and complete it well. I have had great experiences working with her and thankful that I got to work with her too!
Lasya began her journey with INFORMS as a Marketing Officer, where she immediately stood out for her exceptional talent, dedication, and strategic thinking.
